Privacy notice

At Wakeel we collect as little data as we can. This notice explains what the request form on this site collects, why, and how you stay in control of it.

What we collect

• Your name, company, email, and mobile number if you give it.
• Your team size, field, and the description of tasks you write.
• When you agreed to this notice, and which version you saw.

On any visit, your IP address passes through Cloudflare (our host) to protect the site, for example to stop repeated sends and spam, and it can appear in short-lived operating logs. We don't store it with your request.

We don't ask for files, client data or any sensitive data. This site uses no tracking or advertising tools.

Why

Only to contact you about your request, based on your consent. We don't sell it or share it with anyone for marketing.

Where it is stored

In a protected Cloudflare database. We keep the data minimal and delete it when we no longer need it. A copy of your request may also be emailed to us so we can reply quickly.

How long

The system deletes every request automatically once it is 12 months old. If a request doesn't lead to working together we may delete it sooner, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law you can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Email wakeel.agentic@gmail.com.
